基于APO法的化工高技能型人才培养体系的构建

【摘要】 高职教育是针对职业岗位的教育,主要是培养生产、建设、服务一线的技能型人才,而技能型人才的一个重要标志就是具有较高的职业能力和实践动手能力.基于上述培养目标,我们以APO工作法理论为指导,制定了高职化工类人才培养方案,构建了以基础理论、基础实验、仿真实训、实操实训和岗位实习为核心内容的"五位一体"的化工类人才专业能力培养新体系,并将此方案用于人才培养实践,取得较好成绩.

【Abstract】 The science and technology is developing rapidly and the chemical engineering industry is promoting.It puts forward higher requirements for the chemical engineering graduates.Based on this training purpose,APO working procedure was used as guide,the training scheme was formulated and the new training system was constructed,the system contained five aspects with the basic theory,basic experiment,the simulation training,three-dimensional operation training and post practicing for the core content.The schem was used to train chemical high skill talents and made a good performance.
