氯化锌催化合成氯乙酸异戊酯

【摘要】 以无水氯化锌为催化剂,氯乙酸与异戊醇合成了氯乙酸异戊酯。探讨了氯化锌催化反应机理以及反应条件对产率的影响。结果表明,氯化锌具有一定的催化活性,在醇酸的物质量比为1.3∶1,催化剂用量为0.8g,带水剂用量为8mL,反应时间120min,反应温度100~110℃的条件下,氯乙酸异戊酯的产率可达91.5%,并通过红外光谱对产品进行了表征。

【Abstract】 The catalytic esterfication mechanism of zinc chloride and the influence of reaction conditions on the yield of isoamyl chloracetate were discussed.The results showed that zinc chloride was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing isoamyl chloracetate.The yield of isoamyl chloracetate could reach over 91.5% under the condition of molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol and chloroacetic acid 1.3∶1,the quantity of catalyst was 0.8 g,water carrying agent was 8 mL,reaction time 120 min,reaction temperature 100~110℃,and the product was characterized by IR spectroscopy.
