环保增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯的催化合成工艺研究

【摘要】 采用活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化合成了环保增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)。考察了酸醇比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件的变化对柠檬酸三丁酯合成的影响。实验得到制备柠檬酸三丁酯最佳工艺条件:酸醇比为1∶4.0,催化剂质量浓度为2.2%,催化剂负载量为21.0%,反应温度为120℃,反应时间3.0h。在以上条件下,酯化率可达到98.3%。

【Abstract】 Environmentally-friendly plasticizer tributyl citrate(TBC) had been catalytic synthesized with activated carbon supported para-toluenesulfonic?acid.Influence factors of the TBC synthesis,included the ratio of citric acid to n-butanol,catalyzst dosage,extraction time and extraction temperature,were investigated.The results showed that the optimal extraction technology conditions were as followed:the ratio of citric acid to n-butanol was 1∶4.0,mass concentration of catalyst dosage was 2.0%,the catalyst charge number was 21.0%,the reaction temperature was 120℃,the reaction time was 3.0h.Under the optimum conditions,the esterification ratio could reach 98.3%.
