【Abstract】 Experiential teaching activities such as outward development, Jeaderless group discussion and simulated recruitment in college students’ career skills cultivation demonstrate higher student satisfaction than theory teaching, with outward bound training being more satisfying to students than the other two activities. Student satisfaction is the greatest with teamwork training, and then in turn with selfknowledge, interpersonal communication, oral expression, logical analysis, argument and persuasion, and leaning and creativity.更多还原
