体验式教学与大学生职业生涯技能的培养
Experiential Teaching and Cultivation of College Students’ Career Skills
【摘要】 在大学生职业生涯技能培养中尝试应用拓展训练、无领导小组讨论、模拟应聘等体验式教学,学生的满意度高于理论教学,其中拓展训练的满意度高于无领导小组讨论和模拟应聘。对培养职业生涯技能的满意度依次是团队协作、自我认知、人际沟通、口头表达、逻辑分析、组织协调、辩论说服、学习创新等。
【Abstract】 Experiential teaching activities such as outward development, Jeaderless group discussion and simulated recruitment in college students’ career skills cultivation demonstrate higher student satisfaction than theory teaching, with outward bound training being more satisfying to students than the other two activities. Student satisfaction is the greatest with teamwork training, and then in turn with selfknowledge, interpersonal communication, oral expression, logical analysis, argument and persuasion, and leaning and creativity.
