【摘要】 本文阐述了高校医院的现状、医疗纠纷产生的原因及医患矛盾的特点。针对高校实际,提出了相应的防范措施,如加强医德医风教育,提高服务意识,注重医患沟通,提高医务人员技术水平及法律意识,完善医疗制度,完善应急机制,加强正确引导,建立沟通渠道,健全医疗纠纷联合处置体系等,全方位地构建和谐的医患关系,防范医疗纠纷。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper illustrates the current situation in university hospitals,causes of medical disputes and characteristics of the doctor-patient contradiction.It puts forwards relevant countermeasures based on the actual conditions of universities,including strengthening education in medical ethics,enhancing the service consciousness,focusing on doctor-patient communication,improving technical level and legal consciousness of the medical staff,completing medical care system and emergency mechanism,reinforcing correct instructions,establishing communication channels,perfecting a combined system for handling medical disputes and the like,so as to develop an all-around and harmonious doctor-patient relationship and to prevent medical disputes.更多还原
