【摘要】 目的通过分析临床路径在乳腺癌诊疗过程中的变异情况,提高医疗质量管理。方法选择我院66例进入临床路径的乳腺癌患者,详细记录变异情况,应用不同的评价方法对变异进行分析。结果 66例乳腺癌患者中,正性变异发生率为13.64%,负性变异发生率为86.36%;医院系统相关的变异为13.92%,病人相关的变异占71.79%,与医务人员相关的变异发生率为14.29%;可控变异发生率为29.30%,不可控变异发生率为70.70%。结论对乳腺癌患者诊治过程中临床路径变异情况分析,有利于医疗质量的持续改进,并制定出更加科学合理的临床路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo improve medical quality management by analyzing the variations in clinical pathway of breast cancerMethods66 breast cancer patients with the implementation of clinical pathway were chosen.All the variation information were recorded in detail and analyzed by several evaluation methods.ResultsAmong all the 66 cases,the occurrence rate of positive variation is 13.64%,while negative variation is 86.36%;of all the variation,13.92% is associated with the hospital system,71.79% is with the patients’factors,and 14.29% with the staff’s factors;the occurrence rate of controllable variation is 29.30%,while uncontrollable variation is 70.70%.Conclusions Variation analysis in clinical pathway of breast cancer is conducive to the continuing improvement of medical quality management and the formulation of scientific and reasonable clinical pathway.更多还原
