【摘要】 血管生成素相关生长因子(angiopoietin-related growth factor,AGF),也称为ARP5/ANGPTL6,是一种肝源性的血管生成素相关蛋白家族(ARPs)的新成员,具有促进血管形成及拮抗肥胖与胰岛素抵抗的作用,在调节血管生成和代谢性疾病中起着重要的作用。子痫前期是一种严重的妊娠期并发症,且病因与发病机制不明。研究AGF与妊娠生理与病理的关系意义重大,目前关于AGF与妊娠及相关疾病的研究较少。综述AGF的研究进展及其与妊娠和子痫前期的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Angiopoietin-related growth factor(AGF,also known as ARP5/ANGPTL6) is a new member of angiopoietin-related protein family and a novel liver-derived circulating protein which significantly promotes angiogenesis but also antagonistic obesity and insulin resistance and plays an important role in regulating angiogenesis and metabolic diseases.Preeclampsia is a serious pregnancy complication,and the etiology and pathogenesis is unclear.It is important to study the relationship between AGF and pregnancy in physiological and pathological functions.Currently,the research of AGF and pregnancy-related disease is less.In this article,we provide a brief review about AGF in pregnancy and preeclampsia.更多还原
