【摘要】 目的了解湖北省结核病"三位一体"管理模式试点运行现状,分析现阶段"三位一体"管理模式中存在的问题,为制定相关卫生政策提供决策依据。方法采用专家焦点访谈形式分别对结防机构、定点医院、社区卫生服务中心相关管理人员进行深入访谈,了解各试点地区结核病"三位一体"管理模式特点,明确"三位一体"模式核心实施过程中存在的主要问题。结果湖北省各地区试行结核病"三位一体"管理模式过程中仍然存在各种不同问题。结论湖北省结核病"三位一体"管理模式具有逐步推广可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To understand the operation status of trinity management model for Tuberculosis in Hubei,and analyze the existing problems in the model at current stage to supply strategic evidences for related health policy-making.Methods The expert interviews were conducted among the managers of the tuberculosis control institutions,special tuberculosis hospitals and community health services to understand the features of trinity management model and clear the main problems during operation in various areas.Results There were still different problems in the operation of trinity management model for Tuberculosis in Hubei.Conclusions The trinity management model for Tuberculosis could be applied step by step in Hubei.更多还原
