【摘要】 目的了解武汉市婴幼儿营养健康状况及牛初乳对感染性疾病的改善情况。方法对1 083名婴儿、1 257名幼儿(1～3岁),进行一般情况、出生情况、喂养方式、服用牛初乳对呼吸道和消化道疾病的影响等内容进行问卷调查。结果武汉市婴幼儿出生基本情况尚可,婴儿母乳喂养率偏低;牛初乳对婴幼儿腹泻、呼吸道感染的发病情况如发病频率、病程、用药效果均具有显著改善作用(P<0.01)。结论牛初乳具有明显改善婴幼儿腹泻、呼吸道感染的发病情况,因而具有增强婴幼儿对疾病的抵抗功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the nutrition and health status of infants and toddlers in Wuhan,and the ameliorative effect of bovine colostrum on infectious diseases of them. Methods The general information,birth situation,feeding pattern and the effect of bovine colostrum on respiratory and digestive disorders of 1 083 infants and 1 257 toddlers were investigated by questionnaires. Results The investigation showed that breast-feeding rate was low and the supplement of bovine colostrum improved the frequency,duration of diarrhea and respiratory infection and the drug application effect significantly(P<0.01). Conclusions Bovine colostrum can ameliorate the onset of diarrhea and respiratory infections of infants and toddlers,and strength their function of the resistance to illness.更多还原
