【摘要】 目的了解深圳市宝安区在校中学生结核病核心知识知晓率现状、影响因素及获得途径,为进一步加强学校结核病健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用分层抽样方法随机选取宝安区内5所中学1 900名学生进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析、卡方检验和Logistic回归分析方法。结果干预后学生结核病知识总知晓率为85.5%,女生结核病知识知晓率比男生高,高中生比初中生高,普通高中生比职业高中生高,性别、年级、学校类型是知晓率的影响因素;目前电视广播是获取结核病知识的主要途径,学生最希望通过健康教育课来获取结核病相关知识。结论通过健康教育干预活动,提升了学生群体对结核病核心知识的总体知晓率,干预效果较好,今后结核病健康教育应进一步针对学生自身特点采取更适宜的方式进行宣传,加强学生对结核病的自我防护意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the status of the awareness rate,influencing factors and acquirements of tuberculosis(TB) knowledge of middle school students in Bao’an district of Shenzhen City. Methods Applying stratified random sampling method to choose 1 900 students from 5 middle school for questionnaire investigation and descriptive statistic analysis method,Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis method to assess related indicators. Results After intervened,the awareness rate of TB knowledge in middle school student was 85.5%,female students’ was higher than male students’ by 5.5 percentage points,senior high school students’ was greater than junior high school students’ by 4.9 percentage points,high school students’ was more than professional high school students’ by 10.9 percentage points,gender,grade and type were the influencing factors of awareness rate,and the source of TB knowledge were broadcast and television. Conclusions Enhancing the propaganda and health education of TB nuclear knowledge for middle school students could effectively promote their awareness rate of the nuclear knowledge,the propaganda and health education of TB knowledge should adopt more appropriate ways focusing on the characteristics of the middle school students to enhance their self-protection awareness.更多还原
