LabUMat尿液分析仪干化学和沉渣分析复检规则的建立
The establishment of review criteria of LabUMat urine analyzer combining dry chemical method and sediment analysis
【摘要】 目的结合尿液干化学分析(简称干化学)和有形成分分析(简称尿沉渣),探讨LabUMat尿沉渣自动分析仪与显微镜检查尿中主要有形成分(红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、管型和类酵母菌)结果间差异,从而制定合理的复检规则。方法采用1598例新鲜随机尿先后用LabUMat和迪瑞H-300进行尿沉渣分析和尿干化学测试,同时对每1份标本进行显微镜检查。用配对χ2检验2种结果进行比较和统计学分析。结果红细胞、管型、类酵母菌的结果,2种方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而白细胞、上皮细胞的结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经LabUMat和迪瑞H-300检测结果均正常和经两者测试结果均异常(异常项目相匹配)的标本,LabUMat检测和显微镜检查结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而LabUMat和迪瑞H-300两者结果不一致者,红细胞、白细胞和管型3个项目的显微镜检查和LabUMat检测结果之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与显微镜检查相比,LabUMat检测尿沉渣结果假阳性较高,且红细胞存在一定的假阴性。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish rational review criteria by investigating the difference between LabUMat urine automatic analyzer and microscopic examination of urine particles,including erythrocyte,leukocyte,epithelial cell,cast and yeast-like fungi,combining dry chemical method and sediment analysis.Methods 1 598 fresh random urine specimens were analyzed by LabUMat urine analyzer and Deery H-300 combining dry chemical method and sediment analysis,and microscopic examination was applied to each specimen simultaneously.Pairing χ2 test was applied for statistical analysis.Results There were statistical significance between 2 methods in the results of erythrocyte,cast and yeast-like fungi(P<0.05),and no statistical significance in the results of leukocyte and epithelial cell(P>0.05).The specimens with coherent results in LabUMat and Deery H-300 showed no statistical significance in LabUMat urine automatic analyzer and microscopic examination(P>0.05).The specimens with coherent results in LabUMat and Deery H-300 showed no statistical significance in LabUMat urine automatic analyzer and microscopic examination(P>0.05).The specimens with inconsistent results in LabUMat and Deery H-300 showed statistical significance in the results of erythrocyte,leukocyte and cast(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with microscopic examination,LabUMat urine automatic analyzer showed higher false positive rate in the results of urinary sediment and certain false negative rate in the results of erythrocyte.
