【摘要】 目的建立某地区健康成人血清总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)以及白/球蛋白比值(A/G)的参考值范围。方法采用Dimension RxL MAX全自动生化分析仪检测某地区3413例健康成人血清TP、ALB,根据公式计算A/G,统计各自的参考值范围。结果某地区健康成人TP与性别无明显相关性,>18～≤20岁年龄段的TP、ALB均高于其他年龄段(P<0.01),男性ALB于各个年龄段均明显高于女性(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增长,男、女TP、ALB均呈下降趋势,但差异并无统计学意义。某地区健康成人总体参考值范围分别为:TP66.82～81.76g/L,ALB39.69～49.81g/L,A/G1.16～1.98。结论随着人们生活水平的不断提高及一些新的检验仪器以及新的检验方法的应用,实验室不应沿用旧的血清TP、ALB及A/G参考值范围,应建立某地区甚至本方法的正常参考值范围,才能满足临床诊断需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct the reference range of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB) and albumin/globulin(A/G).Methods 3 413 cases of healthy adults were detected for serum level of TP and ALB by Dimension MAX RxL system,and A/G value was calculated.Reference ranges of different parameters were statistically analyzed.Results There was no correlation between TP level and genders.TP and ALB of the 18-20 age healthy adults were higher than those of other age(P<0.01),the results of ALB in various age stages of males were significantly hither than that in females(P<0.05).TP and ALB levels decreased in male and female with the increasing of age,but without statistical significance.The reference ranges of TP,ALB and A/G were 66.82-81.76 g/L,36.69-49.81 g/L and 1.16-1.98.Conclusion Reference ranges of TP,ALB and A/G should be constructed in different areas for different assays to meet the needs for clinical diagnosis.更多还原
