【摘要】 目的评价分枝杆菌变色液体培养基快速检测痰标本结核分枝杆菌的可靠性。方法将230例疑似肺结核患者痰标本接种于分枝杆菌变色液体培养基和酸性罗氏培养基培养,进行对照平行测定。结果 230例痰涂片标本检出阳性率为27.8%;变色液体培养基和酸性罗氏培养基培养阳性率分别为47.4%,47.0%,两种方法阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论分枝杆菌变色液体培养基检测结核分枝杆菌具有特异、快速、可靠等优点,对结核病患者的早发现、早治疗具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the reliability of color-changing liquid culture mediums for the rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTb).Methods Rapid liquid culture mediums and Lowenstein-Jensen cultures were applied to detect MTb in 230 cases of sputum specimens from patients of Tuberculosis Clinic at the same time.Results of the 230 cases of sputum specimens,the positive rates of sputum smear test,rapid liquid culture test and Lowenstein-Jensen culture test were 27.8%,47.4% and 47.0%,respectively.There was no significant differences of the positive rate between the two methods for cultivation of MTb(P>0.05).Conclusion Color-changing liquid cultivation,with advantages such as specific,reliable and fast for the detection of MTb,might have positive significance for early detection and therapy of patients with tuberculosis.更多还原
