脂联素与超敏C-反应蛋白联合检测在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的意义
Combination for detection of serum adiponcetin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and its clinical significance
【摘要】 目的探讨脂联素(APN)与超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的意义。方法对90例不同病变程度的HIE患儿和30例正常新生儿的APN与hs-CRP水平进行检测,并对患儿组的APN与hs-CRP水平进行动态测定。结果 HIE患儿的APN水平明显降低,与健康对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01),在治疗第7天、第14天和第30天与第1天相比,APN水平持续上升(P<0.01),在治疗第30天,轻度组与中度组与健康对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),重度组与健康对照组比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.05)。HIE患儿的hs-CRP水平水平则明显升高,与健康对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01),在治疗第7天、第14天和第30天与第1天相比,hs-CRP水平持续下降(P<0.01),在治疗第14天,轻度组与健康对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),在治疗第30天,中度组和重度组与健康对照组比较亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 HIE患儿的APN水平与神经系统损伤和炎性程度呈明显的负相关,hs-CRP则呈正相关,动态检测HIE患儿APN与hs-CRP水平,对HIE患儿的病情估计和预后判断有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of adiponcetin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and its significance.Methods Ninety infants with HIE and thirty healthy new-borns were selected as cases and controls respectively.Adiponcetin was measured with ELISA.High sensitivity C-reactive protein was measured with immunonephelometry.And then,test the adiponcetin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein of HIE in the time for 7 days、14 days and 30 days being under treatment.Results The adiponcetin levels in children with HIE were obvious lower than controls,each was very significantly different with controls(P<0.01),7 days of treatment,14 days and 30 days compared with day 1,adiponectin levels continue to rise(P<0.01),the first 30 days in the treatment of mild and moderate group compared with the control group without significant difference(P>0.05),severe group compared with the control group there was significant difference(P<0.05).The serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels in children with HIE were obvious higher than controls,each was very significantly different with controls(P<0.01),7 days of treatment,14 days and 30 days compared with day 1,super-sensitive C-reactive protein level continued to decline(P<0.01),14 days in the treatment of mild compared with the control group had no significant differences(P>0.05),in the treatment of the first 30 days,moderate group and severe group compared with the control group there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of adiponcetin are opposite related to the degree of pathologyical changes,adverse.The levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein are positive correlation.It is very important in determining the nervous system damage and treatment of prongos in HIE.
