低氧条件下骨形态发生蛋白2对骨整合的调控
The regulation of bone morphogenetic protein 2 on osseointegration under hypoxia
【摘要】 在低氧状态下,骨量丢失、骨组织再生延迟,骨组织损伤后愈合缓慢甚至不愈合,种植手术后骨整合延迟;而骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)2为成骨细胞分化的中心调控因子,无论是单一的还是组合的BMP2皆参与了软骨形成和骨形成过程。本文就低氧环境下骨组织的反应,BMP2对骨整合过程中成骨细胞和破骨细胞的影响,骨整合过程中BMP2与血管内皮生长因子间的相互作用,低氧作用于BMP2的机制等研究进展作一综述。
【Abstract】 Under the condition of hypoxia,bone loss would happen,and bone heal would be delayed,even nonunion,and osseointegration would be delayed after implant surgery.Bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)2 is the central regulator of osteoblast differentiation and participates in the process of bone and cartilage formation whether it is in an individual or combined way.In this article,the bone reaction,the influence of BMP2 on osteoblast and osteoclast differentiation,as well as the interaction between BMP2 and vascular endothelial growth factor and the mechanism of BMP2 regulation of osseointegration under hypoxia are reviewed.
