【摘要】 骨结合形成是种植修复成功的关键,传统的种植修复需经过较长的愈合期来实现骨结合。即刻种植大大缩短了种植修复的治疗周期,同时具有创伤小、患者痛苦少、牙槽嵴吸收少等一系列优点。即刻负载实现了种植体植入与功能行使的同步。本文就国内外关于即刻种植及其优点和组织学基础、即刻种植病例和种植体的选择、即刻种植的外科技术以及种植体的稳定性和即刻负载等研究进展作一综述,并就即刻种植的前景作一展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Osseointegration performs an important role in the survival of implants and can be realized over a long healing period in traditional implantation.Immediate implantation can effectively reduce the healing time and it has so many advantages such as fewer traumas,release of pain and reservation of alveolar bone.Furthermore,even its functions could also be performed immediately after the implantation.This review will retrospect recent years’ researches of immediate implantation and discuss the prospect.更多还原
