固冲发动机三工况转级试验气流转换装置设计

【摘要】 根据固冲发动机三工况转级试验时序要求,设计一套气流转换试验装置,实现来流的溢流和无溢流供气转换。根据试验结果分析,气缸工作压强最低为0.5 MPa,最大工作压强为0.8 MPa;对于进气模拟参数分别为流量4 kg/s,温度550 K的试验工况,气缸与排气腔之间石棉垫绝热密封效果良好,不需要对气缸采取冷却措施;而对于进气模拟参数分别为流量6 kg/s,温度625 K的试验工况,需要对气缸采取冷却措施。气流转换装置满足试验要求,且结构合理、简便,操作简单。

【Abstract】 An air conversion device,which can control air conversion between overflow and non-overflow,has been designed according to the sequence request of solid-fuel ramjet three-operating conditions conversion test.According to the test results and the analysis,the working pressure of cylinder is between 0.5 MPa and 0.8 MPa.The cylinder need not be cooled under 4 kg/s flow rate and 550 K temperature due to because the good insulation and sealing effect of asbestos gasket.But it need be cooled under 6 kg/s flow rate and 625 K temperature.The air conversion device meets the requirements of test and pasesses the advantages of reasonable structure and simple operation.
