【摘要】 目的:观察外科手术联合中药内服、外敷治疗创伤性骨折的临床效果。方法:将86例创伤性骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予钢板固定手术、换药、牵引等西医治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药外敷、内服等治疗方法,随访观察6个月,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果、骨痂形成时间、软组织修复效果、愈合时间。结果:观察组平均骨痂形成时间、平均软组织修复时间、平均愈合时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西医常规联合中药治疗创伤性骨折,能够加快受创伤软组织的修复,促进骨痂形成,使骨折快速愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of surgery combined with herbs for internal and external use in treating traumatic fracture.Method: Eighty-six patients were randomized into two groups.Control group received conventional western medicine including fixation with steel plate,changing dressing,traction and others,observation group were also administered with herbs for internal and external use.Follow-ups were performed for six months.Curative effects,callus formation time,repairing effect of soft tissue and healing time were observed.Result: Average callus formation time,repairing time of soft tissue and healing time of observation group were shorter than that of control group,comparison of both groups showed difference and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion: Conventional western medicine and herb in the treatment for traumatic fracture can accelerate the repair of traumatic soft tissue and promote the formation of callus.更多还原
