【摘要】 目的:观察矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将105例患者随机分为2组。治疗组62例,采用矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗;对照组43例,采用常规针刺治疗。2组均以7次为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈22例,显效24例,好转13例,无效3例,总有效率为95.2%;对照组治愈10例,显效4例,好转21例,无效8例,总有效率为81.4%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of massage and tendon-regulation in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Method: All 105 patients were randomized into two groups.62 cases in treatment group were treated with matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of massage and tendon-regulation;43 cases in control group received conventional acupuncture therapy.One session was seven times and both groups were treated for two consecutive sessions.Result: Among treatment group,22 cases were cured,24 cases remarkably effective,13 cases effective and three cases ineffective,total effective rate was 95.2%;ten cases were cured in control group,four cases notably effective,21 cases effective and eight cases ineffective,total effective rate was 81.4%.Difference between both groups in total effective rate indicated significant meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion: Matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of massage and tendon-regulation are effective in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion notably.更多还原
