【摘要】 目的:探讨解决术后尿潴留不同方法的优劣,以获得解决术后尿潴留的最佳方法。方法:将200例术后尿潴留患者随机分为试验组、对照组各100例,对照组采用传统物理热敷;试验组采用自制中药桂芪通湿热敷,30分钟后观察效果。结果:2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:桂芪通湿热敷能有效解除术后尿潴留,减少患者痛苦,可广泛应用于各种手术后尿潴留患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the advantages and disadvantages of methods to treat postoperative urine retention and find out the optimal method.Method: Two hundred patients were randomly allocated into experiment group and control group on average.Control group received traditional hot application;experiment group were applied with hot and wet GuiQiTong.Curative effects were observed after 30 minutes.Result: Comparison of curative effects of both groups demonstrated remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hot and wet application with GuiQiTong can effectively relieve postoperative urine retention,alleviate the patients’ pain and could be widely applied to patients with urine retention after different kinds of operations.更多还原
