【摘要】 目的:了解某三甲中医院住院患者的情况及病种构成状况,为进一步推进医院管理工作提供科学依据。方法:过录2006年6月至2009年6月某三甲中医医院所有住院患者的病历资料(严格按照ICD-10分类),建立数据库进行统计,并对数据进行分析。结果:该院住院患者最多的年龄段为41～50岁;住院患者最多的职业为工人;病种构成前3位的疾病依次为椎间盘疾患、小腿骨折(包括踝)、矫形外科的随诊医疗。结论:应根据患者特点及病种构成顺位对医院内部结构进行适当调整,以促进医院资源配置合理、优化,推动医疗服务水平的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To grasp the condition of inpatients and disease category in 3A grade hospital of TCM and to provide scientific basis to promote hospital management further.Method: Medical records of all the inpatients from June,2006 to June,2009 in 3A grade hospital of TCM(According to the classification of ICD-10) were consulted.The database was established and analyzed.Result: Inpatients aged from 41 to 50 years were the most;most of the inpatients’ vocations were worker;the top three diseases were intervertebral disk disorders,leg fracture(including ankle) and follow-up treatment of mechanurgy.Conclusion: Inner structure of hospital should be adjusted appropriately based on the features of the inpatients and disease categories in order to optimize the allocation of resources and improve medical service.更多还原
