【摘要】 目的:观察加味酸枣仁汤治疗气阴两虚型室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,分别口服加味酸枣仁汤和美托洛尔缓释片,4周后观察2组早搏发作的次数、程度、临床症状改善程度及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率(90.00%)与对照组总有效率(70.00%)比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味酸枣仁汤治疗室性早搏临床疗效优于美托洛尔缓释片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe curative effect of modified SuanZaoRen decoction in treating premature ventricular contraction of dual deficiency of Qi and Yin type.Method: 60 patients with premature ventricular contraction met inclusion criteria were randomized into treatment group and control group on average.Treatment group were administered with modified SuanZaoRen decoction and control group with Metoprolol Tartrate sustained-release tablets respectively.After four weeks,the times and the degree of premature beat,the improvements of both groups as well as adverse effects were observed.Result: The comparison of total effective rate between treatment group and control group suggested a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Modified SuanZaoRen decoction in treating premature ventricular contraction had a better therapeutic effect than Metoprolol Tartrate sustained-release tablets.更多还原
