【摘要】 目的:观察罗哌卡因(ropivacaine hydrochloride)用于老年病人腰麻中的安全性和可行性。方法:选择行前列腺汽化电切手术的病人240例,蛛网膜下腔麻醉,局麻药为罗哌卡因。结果:病人生命体征平稳麻醉效果满意,最高阻滞平面T8-10,麻醉效果满意,病人生命体征平稳肌松良好。结论:本研究显示0.75%罗哌卡(ropivacaine hydrochloride)因虽然浓度较高,但容量不大,最大量为140mg能在血流动力学稳定的前提下满足前列腺汽化电切手术的麻醉要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the safety and feasibility of ropivacaine hydrochloride in spinal anesthesia for elderly patients.Methods:240 elderly patients with translethral eloctmvaporization of prostate were performed subarachnoid anesthesia with ropivacaine hydrochloride(batch number:H20100105,AstraZeneca).Results:Patients with ropivacaine hydrochloride had stable vital signs,good muscle relaxation and satisfactory anesthesia in which the highest block level was T8-10.Conclusion:The maximum amount of 0.75% ropivacaine hydrochloride is 140mg which is higher concentration but small capacity.Ropivacaine hydrochloride is a safe anesthetic of spinal anesthesia with small dosages,more reliable in hemodynamically stable for elderly patients with translethral eloctmvaporization of prostate.更多还原
