固化剂固化建筑渣土试验研究
Test Research on the Solidified Mass Made of Building Residues by Stabilizer
【摘要】 为了揭示水泥系固化剂固化建筑渣土的强度增长的原理,采用水泥作基础胶凝材料,在同一压力下,分别添加不同种类和剂量的添加剂固化成型建筑渣土;或在不同压力下,采用同种等量固化剂固化建筑渣土。测试所固化的建筑渣土试样的7 d、28 d、90 d龄期的抗压强度以及部分试样的SEM。试验结果表明,在一定的外部压力下,一定量水泥基固化剂固化建筑渣土是源于水泥与添加剂、渣土发生化学反应,反应生成新物质胶结渣土颗粒或新生成物体积膨胀填充渣土颗粒之间的孔隙降低试样孔隙率,密实渣土结构,使固化渣土易于压实成为一体,从而获得良好的宏观力学性能。
【Abstract】 Order to reveal the principle of the strength increase of solidified architectural debris with cementatory solidifying agent,using cement as base cementitious materials,the architectural debris is solidified and molded by adding different kinds and different dosage of additives at the same pressure or by adding the same quantities of solidifying agent at different pressures.The solidified architectural debris samples at 7 d,28 d and 90 d ages are measured for compressive strength and SEM.The results show that the architectural debris being solidified by some cement-base solidifying agent at some external pressure is the result of the chemical reaction among cement,additives and architectural debris,and their reacting products are able to cement the grains of architectural debris or expand to fill in the voids among the architectural debris so as to lower the porosity of the samples.Thus the structure of architectural debris becomes densely.So the architectural debris is easy to be compressed to achieve good macro mechanical properties.
