【Abstract】 According to some experience in many years’ study about drought disaster reduction combining the up to date developments of Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and the world’s climate research plan,the character about drought disaster reduction was summerized in detail in this paper,and some advice and thinking about countermeasures of drought disaster reduction were presented,and the author hoped to cause the attention and discussion on drought disaster reduction research and practice.更多还原
