硅藻精土物化/BAF工艺处理回用玻璃纤维废水
Treatment and Reuse of Glass-fiber Wastewater Using Refined Diatomite Physicochemical Treatment and Biological Aerated Filter
【摘要】 介绍了硅藻精土物化/曝气生物滤池组合工艺处理回用经气浮后的玻璃纤维生产废水的工艺流程及技术特点,给出了主要构筑物、设备的技术参数和实际工程运行效果。工程运行结果表明,出水各项水质指标均达到设计回用标准,处理费用仅为0.68元/m3,年节约取水费和排污费共约172.57万元,环境、经济及社会效益显著。
【Abstract】 The process flow and technological features of the combined process of refined diatomite physicochemical treatment and biological aerated filter for treatment and reuse of glass fiber wastewater after flotation were introduced.The technical parameters of main structures and process equipment as well as the treatment effects of practical engineering were presented.The results of engineering operation showed that the effluent quality could meet the design reuse standards.The treatment cost was only 0.68 yuan/m3,and 1.725 7 million yuan for water intake and pollutant discharge could be saved annually.The project has great environmental,economic and social benefits.
