屠宰废水处理工程的设计及运行
Design and Operation of Slaughterhouse Wastewater Treatment Engineering
【摘要】 首先分析了原屠宰废水处理系统存在的问题,调整了工艺路线,增设了水力筛。改造后,系统对COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TP、动植物油的去除率分别达到97.2%、98.3%、92.5%、81.3%、85%、96.3%以上,出水各项指标均达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13457—92)的一级标准,系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强。
【Abstract】 The existing problems of the original slaughterhouse wastewater treatment system were analyzed,the wastewater treatment process was improved,and the hydraulic screen was added.After the reconstruction,the removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N,TP and animal and vegetable oils were more than 97.2%,98.3%,92.5%,81.3%,85% and 96.3% respectively.The effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Packing Industry(GB 13457-92).The treatment system had stable operation and a strong resistance to the impact load.
