焦化废水中苯酚含量的测定方法研究
Determination of Phenol in Coking Wastewater
【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)/二极管阵列检测器(DAD)测定焦化废水中苯酚的分析方法。对于焦化废水处理过程中的不同阶段样品,使用高效液相色谱DAD检测器在190~950nm扫描范围进行检测,并选取270 nm为液相色谱检测波长,采用外标法对焦化废水中的苯酚进行定量分析。该方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可用于焦化废水处理过程的质量控制。
【Abstract】 An analytical method based on high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector HPLC-DAD was developed for the determination of phenol in coking wastewater.Various-stage samples in wastewater treatment were injected into HPLC-DAD and detected at 190 to 950 nm.Quantitative analysis was conducted at 270 nm by external standard method.The method is simple,accurate and excellent in separation performance,and it is applicable for the quality control of phenol in coking wastewater.
