A~2/MBBR组合工艺对城市污水的处理效果
Treatment Efficiency of A~2/MBBR Process for Municipal Wastewater
【摘要】 结合城市污水处理厂的升级改造,采用厌氧/缺氧/移动床生物膜反应器(A2/MB-BR)组合工艺对城市污水进行中试规模的处理研究,其中厌氧段采用折流式构造,采用微搅拌方式即可满足要求。在不同工况下运行3个月的结果表明:在水温≤15℃的低温下运行,当进水量为25 m3/d即HRT为8.7 h、回流比为70%时,出水COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷浓度可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。
【Abstract】 A pilot-scale study on treatment of municipal wastewater by A2/MBBR was conducted in upgrading and reconstructing the WWTP.The operation requirement could be met by micro-stirring mode in the anaerobic zone with baffled structure.After three months of trial operation,the results showed that under the conditions of temperature equal to or less than 15 ℃,influent rate 25 m3/d,HRT 8.7 h and return ratio 70%,the concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP in the effluent reached the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
