铜酞菁颜料废水处理工程设计及运行

【摘要】 根据前期水质调研及分析结果,确定铜酞菁颜料废水处理工艺为混凝沉淀/氨吹脱/水解酸化/MBR/Fenton试剂氧化/生物滤池,并给出主要构筑物设计参数。废水处理站运行后,通过调整加药量确定了最佳反应条件,出水水质稳定达到排放标准。

【Abstract】 According to the preliminary investigation of wastewater quality and the analysis result,the combined process of coagulation-sedimentation,ammonia stripping,hydrolysis acidification,membrane bioreactor,chemical oxidation by Fenton reagent and biological filter was used to treat copper phthalocyanine wastewater.The technical parameters of main structures were presented.During the commissioning of wastewater treatment station,the optimal reaction conditions were determined by regulating chemical dose and so on.The effluent quality met the discharge standard.
