低温冻害对玉米种子果皮及其超微结构的影响
The Effect of Freezing Injury on Peel and Ultrastructure of Corn Seeds
【摘要】 以玉米杂交种富农1号、郑单958、辽单565成熟鲜果穗(籽粒水分25%~30%)为试验材料,在0℃、-5℃、-10℃、-20℃的低温下处理8 h,研究低温冻害对玉米种子果皮外表特征及超微结构的影响。结果表明,-5~0℃不会引起玉米籽粒果皮特征的明显变化,当籽粒含水量为20%以上,在-10℃就会使种子胚部果皮分离起泡;在-20℃的低温下,胚由正常的乳白色变成了暗灰色并失去活力;硬粒型品种富农1号种子胚乳发生龟裂,在扫描电镜下果皮纹路混乱,表面粗糙,蜡质层和角质层破坏。
【Abstract】 The mature fresh ear(grain moisture 25% to 30%) of Funong 1,Zhengdan 958 and Liaodan 565 were used as material,the impact of low-temperature damage on appearance characteristics and ultrastructure of corn seed peel were studied at low temperature of 0 ℃,-5 ℃,-10 ℃,-20 ℃ and duration time of 8 hours.The results showed that a slight frost damage(-5~0 ℃) does not cause significant changes in pericarp characteristics of maize grain,when the grain moisture content of 20% or more,it will make peel separation blisteringin the seed embryo peel at-10 ℃ when the grain moisture content of 20% or more,-20 ℃ low temperature,the embryo becomes a normal white dark gray and lose its vitality at-20 ℃ low temperature,the durum varieties Funong 1 seed endosperm cracking,scanning electron microscope confusion peel texture,surface roughness,waxy layer and horny layer was destroyed.
