楸树无性系叶绿素荧光特性及其性状研究
Study on Clone Chlorophyll Fluorescence Properties and Traits of Catalpa bungei
【摘要】 对29个楸树无性系的生长性状(树高、胸径)、叶片性状(比叶重、叶片含水量)和叶绿素荧光参数(Fv/Fm)等5个指标进行测定。结果表明:29个楸树无性系树高、胸径的平均值分别为6.12 m、6.48 cm;叶片比叶重为92.6 g/m2,含水量为0.7%;Fv/Fm平均值为0.816。方差分析结果表明:5个指标在无性系间差异显著,表型变异系数、遗传变异系数高,3个指标重复力超过0.800,说明无性系间存在广泛的变异,而这种变异主要由遗传因素控制,有利于无性系选择。相关性分析表明:楸树无性系叶绿素荧光参数与树高、叶片含水量均无相关性,与比叶重呈极显著性相关。叶片含水量与树高呈显著性相关,与比叶重呈极显著性负相关。比叶重与树高呈极显著性负相关。
【Abstract】 Determination was conducted on 5 index including growth traits(tree height,DBH),leaf traits(specific leaf weight,leaf water content) and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm) of 29 Catalpa bungei clones.The results showed: the average of the tree height,DBH of 29 Catalpa bungei clones were 6.12 m and 6.48 cm respectively;leaf specific leaf weight was 92.6 g/m2,water content was 0.7%.The average of Fv/Fm was 0.816.The results of variance analysis showed that five index in the difference between clone,phenotypic variation coefficient and coefficient of genetic variation were high,repeatability of three indexes was more than 0.800,clones Catalpa bungei had extensive variation and it was controlled by genetic factors,which is beneficial to the clone selection.The correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and tree height & leaf water content of Catalpa bungei clones,but there was significant correlation between chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and specific leaf weight.Leaf water content had significant correlation with tree height,and had significantly negative correlation with specific leaf weight.Specific leaf weight had significantly negative correlation with tree height.
