海洛因对小脑皮质C-FOS表达的影响

【摘要】 为探索海洛因对小脑皮质C-FOS表达的影响,通过肌肉注射海洛因建立成瘾大鼠模型,用免疫组化方法检测小脑细胞C-FOS的表达.结果表明,大鼠连续注射7 d后,出现明显的戒断症状;小脑细胞中C-FOS表达阳性细胞数比对照组明显增多,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01).证明海洛因具有诱导C-FOS基因表达、损伤脑组织细胞的作用.

【Abstract】 To study the effects of heroin on the C-Fos expression of cerebellar cortex of the rat,an addiction model was established by an intramuscular injection of heroin.The C-Fos expression of cerebellar cortex was detected by into the rat immunohistochemical methods.Results showed that rats had significant withdrawal symptoms after continuous injections of heroin for 7 days;the expression of C-Fos positive cells in the cerebellar cortex of rat were increased significantly than those of the control group(P<0.01).Hence it was proved that heroin had the effect of inducing C-Fos gene expression and damaging its brain cells.
