不同柑橘种质资源对橘全爪螨抗性评价

【摘要】 【目的】评价不同柑橘种质资源对橘全爪螨的抗性,为柑橘抗螨育种提供资源和依据。【方法】在室内采用离体叶片饲养,研究了16个柑橘砧木类型对橘全爪螨生长、发育及种群参数的影响。【结果】结果表明,不同种质资源对橘全爪螨发育历期、存活率及种群参数具有显著影响。橘全爪螨取食‘朱砂柑’、‘野生金豆1号’、‘旺长金豆’、佛手等砧木叶片后的净增殖力分别为:0、2.216 7、2.273 6、4.888 3;而取食‘宜昌橙1号’、‘2号元橘’和‘枳柚变异’等砧木叶片后的净增值率分别为:31.666 7、32.958 3、41.956 7和53.494 7。【结论】表明‘朱砂柑’对橘全爪螨具有绝对抗性,‘野生金豆1号’和‘旺长金豆’具有较强的抗性,而‘2号元橘’和‘枳柚变异’抗性最弱。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 The study is to clarify the resistance of citrus rootstock germplasm to citrus red mite,Panonychus citri,and to provide resistance resources for genetic improvement of citrus.【Method】The development,survival,reproduction and population parameters of P.citri on detached leaves of 16 citrus germplasm types were studied in vitro.【Result】The results showed that there were significant differences in developmental duration,survival rate and population parameters of P.citri among different citrus germplasm.The Net reproductive rate(R0) of P.citri on detached leaves of ’Zhu Sha Gan’(Citrus reticulata Blanco),’Wild Jin Dou No.1’(Fortunella hindssi Swingle),’Wang Zhang Jin Dou’(Fortunella hindssi Swingle) and ’Buddha’s hand’(Citrus medica var.sarcodactylist(Noot.) Swingle) were 0,2.216 7,2.273 6,4.888 3 respectively.While the R0 values were much higher on I chang Papeda No.1(Citrusichangensis Swingle),’Yuan Ju No.2’(Citrus mangshanensis S.W.He) and ’Abnormal citrumelo’(Poncirus trifoliata Raf.X spp.),which were 31.666 7,32.958 3,41.956 7 and 53.494 7,respectively.【Conclusion】The results suggested that ’Zhu Sha Gan’ was absolutely resistant,and ’Wang Zhang Jin Dou’ and ’Wild Jin Dou No.1’ were highly resistant to P.citri,while citrumelo variant and ’Yuan Ju No.2’ were relatively susceptible to P.citri.
