【摘要】 ‘沧冬2号’是在河北省沧州发现的地方枣品种类型。该品种综合性状优异,10月上旬进入成熟期,平均单果质量16.1 g,果实圆形。果面平整,有光泽,果皮红褐色,较厚。果肉多汁,味甜。鲜枣可溶性固形物含量22.6%,可滴定酸0.15%,维生素C含量为3 060 mg.kg-1,可食率96.3%。早果,极丰产,节间短,管理简易,为优良的鲜食晚熟品种。该品种市场前景好,具有推广价值,适合于河北平原枣区栽培。更多还原

【Abstract】 ’Cangdong 2’ is a local variety in Cangzhou,Hebei Province.It ripens in early October with average fruit weight of 16.1 g.Fruit is cylindrical in shape,having a smooth,shiny,thick and red skin.Flesh texture is succulent and sweet flavor.Soluble solid content reaches 22.6%,titratable acid 0.15%,Vc content 3 060 mg·kg-1,The edible rate is 96.3%.It is suitable to the jujube cultivating area of Hebei Plain.It has good potential for commercial use because of its distinguishing feature such as early fruiting,high yield,excellent quality,Short internodes,management simplicity.The fuits are suitable for fresh eating.更多还原
