制干鲜食兼用枣新品种——鲁枣5号的选育
A new dry and fresh Chinese jujube cultivar——Luzao 5
【摘要】 鲁枣5号为实生选种获得的制干、鲜食枣兼用新品种。果个大,平均单果质量10.5 g,可溶性固形物37.6%,可食率95.9%,维生素C 0.390 mg.g-1,出干率54.8%,质优,可制干鲜食。不裂果,早实、丰产,适应性强,耐瘠薄,在山东省适宜枣栽培地区表现良好。
【Abstract】 Luzao 5 was selected from the seedlings of open pollinated Jinsi Xiaozao jujube.Its fruit is big,with 10.5 g of the average fruit weight,37.6% of the soluble solids,95.9% of edible rate and 0.390 mg·g-1 of vitamin C,and the dried rate is 54.8%.It is suitable for dry and fresh use.The trees are precocious,productive and very adaptable to infertile soil,which is suitable to be cultivated in Shandong.
