【摘要】 建立了医用超声耦合剂中聚己双胍含量测定的方法。采用分光光度法测定医用超声耦合剂中聚己双胍的含量,检测波长为535nm。盐酸聚己双胍在2—10mg/L范围内线性关系良好,两种耦合剂中聚己双胍的平均回收率为98.18%,RSD分别为0.029%和0.034%。分光光度法可用于本制剂的含量测定且方法简便,灵敏,结果准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method for the determination of the content of polyhexam ethylene biguanidine(PEB) in medical ultrasound couplant agent was established.The content of PEB in medical ultrasound couplant agent was determined by spectrophotometry.The detection wavelength was at 535nm.There was a good linear relationship in the range of 2—10mg/L,and the average recovery was 98.18%,RSDs(n=5) were respectively 0.029% and 0.034%.Spectrophotometry can be applied to determination of the content of the preparation with simple,sensitive and accurate results.更多还原
