聚茜素红-还原态氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极测定苯二酚

【摘要】 将还原态氧化石墨烯分散在茜素红水溶液中。通过电化学聚合制备了聚茜素红-还原态氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极,用于水中苯二酚含量的测定。电极对于对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的氧化还原反应具有明显的电催化作用。利用示差脉冲伏安法测定了对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的含量,氧化峰电流在7.00×10-6—4.00×10-4mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为4.34×10-6、3.42×10-6mol/L。结果表明所制备的修饰电极可应用于水中苯二酚的测定。

【Abstract】 Reduced graphene oxide(RGO) was dispersed in water with alizarin red S(ARS).ARS-RGO modified glass carbon electrode(GCE) was prepared by electrochemistry.The GCE was applied to determining benzenediol in water.The GCE had obvious electro-catalytic effect on the redox reactions of hydroquinone and catechol.The contents of hydroquinone and catechol can be sensitively determined by differential pulse voltammetry.There were good linear relationships for concentrations of hydroquinone and catechol in the range of 7.00×10-6—4.00×10-4mol/L with the detection limits of 4.34×10-6mol/L and 3.42×10-6mol/L,respectively.The results showed that the prepared GCE can be used for the determination of benzenediol in water.
