HPLC测定妇炎康浓缩丸中的丹参素钠

【摘要】 建立测定妇炎康片中丹参素钠含量的高效液相色谱方法。采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(3.9mm×150mm,粒径5μm);乙腈-0.15%磷酸溶液(3:97,V/V)为流动相,检测波长280nm,流速:1mL/min;柱温为25 C。丹参素钠的回归方程为y=7.4413X 105x+1.599×104,相关系数r=0.9996,线性范围为0.1008—0.2688mg/mL。平均回收率为97.96%,RSD为0.95%。该法操作简单、精密度高、重复性好、检测快速、定量准确,可用于妇炎康浓缩丸的质量控制。

【Abstract】 The method for the determination of the content of salvianic acid a sodium in Fuyankang condensed pills by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established.The compound was separated by Waters Symmetry C18(3.9mm×150mm,5mm)with acetonitrile-0.15% phosphoric acid(3:97,V/V) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 280nm,and the column temperature was 25℃.The regression equation of salvianic acid a sodium was y = 7.4413×105 x+1.599×104 with correlation coefficient of 0.9996,and the linear range was between 0.1008mg/mL and 0.2688mg/mL.The average recovery was 97.96%with RSD of 0.95%.The method has simple operation,high precision,good repeatability with fast detection and accurate quantitation,and can be applied to quality control of Fuyankang condensed pills.
