【摘要】 建立用HPLC测定蒿甲醚-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物中蒿甲醚含量的方法。色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱,乙腈-水(60:40,V/V)为流动相,检测波长210nm。包合物中蒿甲醚的含量在5—35μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率为97.87%,RSD为0.66%(n=5)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method for the determination of the content of artemether in artemether-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD) by HPLC was established.The samples were separated by chromatographic column Lichrospher C18 with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(60∶40,V/V),and detection wavelength was 210nm,there was the linear relation in the range of 5—35μg(r=0.9998).The average additional standard recoveries was 97.87% with RSD of 0.66%(n=5).更多还原
