荧光光谱法快速鉴别花生油、芝麻油和调和油

【摘要】 比较分析了不同品种、同品种不同厂家、不同批次的市售花生油、芝麻油、调和油的分子荧光光谱差异特征,结合系统聚类分析法进行品种鉴别。结果表明:3种食用植物油的荧光光谱图具有各自不同特征,同一品种不同厂家的谱图存在一定的差异,同品种同厂家不同批次的也有微小差异。提取荧光谱图特征信息,利用系统聚类和三维聚类识别模式,从宏观上简便、直观、快速地鉴别3种食用植物油的品种。

【Abstract】 The molecule fluorescence spectrometry discrimination of market edible oil,sesame oil,blend oil with different varieties,producers and batches were analyzed.The identification of different varieties of these three kind of edible vegetable oils was also investigated by combining with the fluorescence spectrometry and the cluster analysis.Results showed that three kind of edible vegetable oils had their own features in their fluorescence spectra.Distinct fluorescence spectrum differences were found among the same kind of edible vegetable oil produced by different factory.Slight differences on the fluorescence spectrum were also found among different product batches of the same kind vegetable oil produced by the same factory.The characteristic information of fluorescence spectrometry was obtained by combining with systematical cluster and three-dimensional cluster pattern recognition,and the method for simple and rapid identification of different varieties of edible vegetable oils is implemented.
