【摘要】 目的探讨大骨节病防治研究的重要性。方法通过历史病情资料回顾并与大骨节病X线病情对比,浅析大骨节病防治效果。结果采取改水、换粮、加硒、投药和改善环境卫生等综合性防治措施,儿童大骨节病患病率明显下降到历史最低水平。呼伦贝尔市7个病区旗、市有3个市达标,但与国家控制病区标准还有一定距离。且青海省兴海县上、下鹿村2008年病情监测X线检出率和干骺端检出率分别为18.87%、35.29%和13.21%、26.47%,说明大骨节病防治工作依然严峻;而成人大骨节病现患年龄集中在40～50岁之间。结论大骨节病病因迄今未明,随着儿童大骨节病新发病例减少,突出地暴露出成人大骨节病病情的严重,提示大骨节病防治工作不容忽视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of Kashin-Beck Disease prevention.Methods The prevention effect of Kashin-Beck Disease is analyzed by reviewing the historical cases and X-ray comparison of KashinBeck Disease.Results The comprehensive measures,such as water improvement,grain alteration,selenium supplement, medication and environmental improvement have reduced the incidence of Kashin-Beck Disease into the minimum in history.Three out of seven endemic regions or cities have reached the standard,but still lower than the national criteria.The X-ray and metaphysic testing rates of disease in Shanglu and Xialu Villages in Qinghai province are 18.87%,35.29%,and 13.21%,26.47%as well,which present the urgency of Kashin-Beck prevention. And Kashin-Beck Disease occurrence among adults ranges from 40 to 50 in ages.Conclusion The factors for Kashin-Beck Disease are still unclear.With the decreasing incidence of Kashin-Beck Disease among children,the severity is rather critical among adults,which indicates the urgency for the prevention of Kashin-Beck Disease.更多还原
