【摘要】 目的为制定中国成年健康女性心率正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国87个单位测定的33 807例成年健康女性心率正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与7项地理因素的关系。结果发现中国成年健康女性心率正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系（F=1.120,P=0.000）。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了回归方程:Y=43.67+0.004000X₁+0.002000X₂+0.05400X₃+0.3350X₄+0.002000X₅+0.2330X₆-1.326X₇±35.41。在该回归方程中,Y是中国成年健康女性心率正常参考值（次/s）,X₁是海拔高度（m）,X₂是年日照时数（h）,X₃是年平均气温（℃）,X₄是年平均相对湿度（%）,X₅是年降水量（mm）,X₆是气温年较差（℃）,X₇是年平均风速（m/s）;35.41是剩余标准差的值。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的女性心率的正常参考值。依据中国成年健康女性心率正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为8个区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide a scientific basis for establishing a standard reference value of heart rate of Chinese female.Methods The relationship between the reference value of 33807 healthy Chinese females and seven geographical factors in 87 areas of China was investigated.Results The geographical factors were correlated with the reference value of heart rate of Chinese female（F=1.120,P = 0.000）.One regression equation was obtained from mathematical regression analysis:Y= 43.67 + 0.004 000X₁ + 0.002 000X₂ + 0.054 00X₃ + 0.3350X₄+0.002 000X₅ +0.233 0X₆-1.326X₇ + 35.41.Conclusion The reference value of heart rate of Chinese female in a certain area can be reckoned from the geographical values obtained in this area.According to the similarity of the reference values of heart rate of Chinese female,there are eight geographical areas with distinctive heart rate values.更多还原
