金雀异黄素衍生物与Nd3+配合物的合成、表征及抗肿瘤活性研究

【摘要】 目的:研究稀土离子Nd3+与金雀异黄素衍生物配合物的合成及抗肿瘤活性。方法:通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱分析,确定了配合物的组成和结构,同时采用四氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法测定了配体及配合物对ZR-75-30乳腺癌细胞株的抗肿瘤活性。结果:配合物的组成为Na8[NdC18H12NO7Cl10].6 H2O。金雀异黄素衍生物及其钕配合物剂量依赖性地抑制ZR-75-30细胞的增殖,且钕配合物对细胞增殖的抑制率显著高于配体组。结论:配合物对ZR-75-30乳腺癌细胞株的抗肿瘤活性明显强于配体。

【Abstract】 Obiective: To investigate the synthetic method and anti-tumor activity of rare earth Nd(Ⅲ) complex with genistein derivative.Methods: On the basis of elemental analysis,molar conductance,IR spectra and 1H-NMR spectra, the formula of the complex is given.Moreover,MTT colorimetric assay was used to detect the anti-tumor activity of the ligand and the complex on human breast cancer cell line ZR-75-30.Results: The formula of the complex is Na 8 [NdC 18 H 12 NO 7 Cl 10 ]·6 H 2 O.MTT assay showed that genistein derivative and its complex had significant antiproliferative activities toward human breast cancer cell line ZR-75-30 in vitro and had dose-dependent effect,and the proliferation inhibition rates of cell treated with Neodymium(Ⅲ) complex of genistein derivative were significantly higher than those treated with genistein derivative.Conclusion: The anti-tumor activity of the complex is markedly stronger than that of the ligand.
