【摘要】 目的:研究地塞米松(DEX)对大鼠血像的影响,评价免疫抑制模型,为免疫抑制模型的科学应用提供参考值。方法:心脏穿刺采血,全自动血细胞分析仪sysmex xe-2100检测。结果:免疫抑制组与对照组大鼠在白细胞、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、平均红细胞体积、平均血红蛋白量、红细胞分布宽度变异系数、红细胞分布宽度标准差七项指标有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:DEX诱导的免疫抑制引起白细胞系减少,中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞下降及有引起小细胞性贫血的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of immune compromise rats induced by DEX on the hematology,and evaluate the model of immune compromise and provide reference value for the scientific application of immune compromise model.Methods:Collecting blood through cardiac puncture and analyzing by fully automatic hematology analyzer sysmex xe-2100.Results:There was significant difference between immune compromise group and control group rats in seven measure values,including WBC counts,Neutrophil counts,Lymphocyte counts,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,coefficient variation and standard deviation of red cell distribution width(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immune compromise induced by DEX gives rise to reduction of leukocyte including neutrophil and lymphocyte,with the tendency to suffer from microcytic anemia.更多还原
