【摘要】 目的:调查职业病门诊就诊者心理健康状况对就诊满意度的影响。方法:在2009年3月至2010年12月,抽取到中山市疾病预防控制中心职业病门诊进行职业健康检查和职业病咨询的就诊者787人,填写症状自评量表(SCL-90)和职业病门诊就诊满意度调查问卷。结果:调查787人,门诊就诊总体满意度平均得分为(2.79±0.73)分。就诊者心理健康状况低于全国平均成人水平;SCL-90各因子得分无性别差异,且得分有随工龄增加而增高趋势,有随学历增加而降低的趋势。结论:职业病门诊就诊者对门诊就诊满意度较高,就诊者的心理健康状况对就诊满意度的影响有统计学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study mental health status of occupational disease outpatient in Zhongshan and service satisfaction of the hospital.Methods:787 cases of occupational health examination and occupational consultation were selected From March,2009 to December 2010,in Zhongshan CDC outpatient clinic,patients were asked to fill in symptoms rating scale(SCL-90) and occupational disease clinic satisfaction questionnaire.Results:In the survey of 787 people,clinic overall satisfaction scoring average of 2.79±0.73 points.Mental health below the national average adult level;SCL-90 each factor score no gender differences,and the score with the length of service have increased trend increased,with the increase in a lower trend.Conclusion:Outpatients were satisfied with the service of occupational diseases outpatient department.The mental health status of the issued to the influence of the doctor satisfaction was with a statistical significance.更多还原
