【Abstract】 Scientific research motivation is one of the important incentives for scientific and technological personnel.Every personnel has at least two motivation in doing scientific researches.This paper identifies that the "Interest Research" and "Career Research" are in favor of increasing investment returns,while the "Title Research","Task Research","Income Research" and "Status Research" have different negative impacts on investment returns.The "Convenience Research" has the greatest adverse impact on scientific researches’ investment returns.更多还原
