正常人大腿肌肉的3T磁共振扩散张量成像初步研究
In vivo diffusion tensor imaging of the human thigh on 3 tesla scanner
【摘要】 目的初步探讨DTI在正常人大腿肌肉研究中的价值。方法选取12例志愿者进行了左大腿肌肉DTI。观察各肌肉在后处理图像上的表现,并于中心层面上分别测量左大腿的股外侧肌(VL)、股中间肌(VI)、股内侧肌(VM)、缝匠肌(SA)、股薄肌(GR)、大收肌(AD)、半膜肌(SM)、半腱肌(ST)和股二头肌长头(BFL)的λ1、λ2、λ3、ADC值和FA值。分析大腿各肌肉的扩散张量测量值有无差异;分别对上述大腿各肌肉进行肌纤维示踪。结果在DWI图上,大腿各肌肉清晰显示,信号无明显差别。ST的λ1大于VI、GR、AM和SM,λ2大于VI、VM、AM和SM,其它肌肉的λ1和λ2差异不明显;VI的λ3显著高于其它肌肉,ST的λ3显著低于其它肌肉;VI的ADC值大于VL、SA、GR、ST及BLF;ST的ADC值小于VI、VM、AM及SM;ST的FA值高于其它肌肉,VI的FA值低于其它肌肉,其它肌肉之间的FA值之间无统计学差异。结论 DTI能较好地反映正常人大腿肌肉的扩散特征。
【Abstract】 Objective To appreciate the value of DTI in the study of healthy human thigh. Methods Twelve healthy subjects were recruited for this study of left thigh DTI. The appearance of each muscle were evaluated on the DTI picture, and measurement were performed on central slice. The principal, second, and third eigenvalues (λ1, λ2, λ3) , apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and fractional anisotropy (FA), were calculated from the diffusion tensor of the tibialis anterior (TA), tibialis posterior (TP), peroneus longus (PL), soleus (SOL), gastrocnemius medial head (GM) and gastrocnemius lateral head (GL) on left calf. The principal, second, and third eigenvalues (λ1, λ2, λ3) , apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and fractional anisotropy (FA), were calculated from the diffusion tensor of the vastus lateralis(VL), vastus intermedius(VI), vastus medialis(VM), sartorius(SA), gracilis(GR), adductus(AD), semimembranous(SM), semitendinous(ST) and biceps femoris long head(BFL)on left thigh . We analyse the previouse measure values of DTI of thigh, and carry out muscle fiber tracking technique to all these muslces. Results The DWI map can show the muscle of thigh clearly without any signal difference. The ST’s λ1 value is higher than that of VI, GR, AM and SM. It’s λ2 value is higher than that of VI, VM, AM and SM. Other muscle’s λ1 value and λ2 value hasn’t great difference. The VI’s λ3 value is obviously higher than other’s, the ST’s λ3 value is obviously lower than other’s. The VI’s ADC value is higher than that of VL, SA, GR, ST and BLF. The ST’s ADC value is lower than VI, VM, AM and SM. The ST’s FA value is higher than other muscle’s, the VI’s FA value is lower than other’s one, but there isn’t FA value difference among other muscles. Conclusion DTI can reflect the diffusion character of human thigh.
