AC/ZnO发泡剂系对植物纤维增强淀粉复合发泡材料性能的影响
The effect of the mixed foaming agent of azodicarbonamide and zinc oxide on the properties of foamed starch-based composite strengthened by plant-fiber
【摘要】 用偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)/氧化锌(ZnO)作为发泡剂系制备植物纤维增强淀粉复合发泡材料并讨论其含量对该材料性能的影响。通过TGA曲线确定偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)/氧化锌(ZnO)的最佳比例为2∶1;在温度为25℃,RH=50%的环境下保持7d,通过力学性能检测,该材料具有良好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,分别为6.38MPa、91.3%;通过回弹率和孔隙率计算分析得出结论:AC/ZnO发泡剂系对复合发泡材料发泡效果有显著的影响,当AC/ZnO发泡剂系含量为总质量的1.5%时,复合发泡材料具有最佳回弹性和最高孔隙率,分别为87.6%、91.6%。
【Abstract】 The mixted foaming agent of azodicarbonamide and zinc oxide(AC/ZnO) was used as a blowing agent to produce the foamed starch-based composite strengthened by plant-fiber and the effect of the content of the blowing agent on the properties of the foams was discussed.The optimal proportion of AC/ZnO was 2∶1 that was measured by thermogravimetric analysis.The initial samples were under ambient conditions at 50% relative humidity at 25℃ for seven days befor the mechanical test.The results showed that the foams has an excellent performance in mechanical properties that tensile strength is 6.38MPa and elongation at break is 91.3%.The mixed foaming agent of AC/ZnO has a remarkable influence on the foaming of the foams by the calculation of the rebound rate and porosity.When the AC/ZnO content is 1.5% to starch-based composite,the foams showed that the highest rebound rate is 87.6% and the highest porosity is 91.6%.
