【摘要】 目的观察参芪十一味颗粒治疗中晚期消化系统肿瘤患者化疗后出现的脾肾亏虚证的疗效。方法治疗组50例,并设对照组50例,观察治疗前后临床症状改善情况、血细胞(WBC、Hb、PLT)、免疫功能变化(IgA、IgG、IgM、ICT)及药物不良反应等。结果治疗组临床症状改善率为92%,对照组为38%(P<0.01);治疗组患者血细胞有所下降。但下降值和下降程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01);免疫功能变化治疗后两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05～0.01)。结论该药配合化疗可明显改善临床症状,减轻骨髓抑制,其通过增强机体免疫功能从而达到扶正祛邪的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Shenqi Shiyiwei granules treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients after chemotherapy,the efficacy of the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods The treatment group 5O patients and the control group 5O cases,observation and treatment before and after improvement of clinical symptoms,blood cells (WBC,Hb,PLT),immune function (IgA,IgG,IgM,ICT),and adverse drug reactions.Results The clinical improvement rate was 92% in the control group 38% (P<0.01);blood cells in patients treated declined.But the decline in value and the decline is significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01);immune function after treatment,both groups had significant differences (P <0.05～0.01).Conclusion The drug combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce bone marrow suppression,which by enhancing immune function so as to achieve the purpose of rousing.更多还原
